Anne Aitken is a highly experienced Human Resources professional who focuses on helping employers strengthen their organisations through working with their people.

Anne’s thirty year career has been a mix of internal HR management roles and consulting to clients in many sectors. This means she is quickly able to understand the subtle differences that enable organisations to thrive or just survive. She has worked in the public service, local government, health sector, finance sector and energy sector, as well as consulting for over 18 years.

Anne created a consulting company that was bought by a firm that later became PwC in the Waikato, where she was Director responsible for the HR consulting team. She was subsequently appointed to HR Manager’s role with a client and, having completed two significant change projects, has returned to consulting on her own.

The people in organisations bring life to the many interconnected parts. Anne has built a wide knowledge of how organisations work and can look beyond the human resources matters to the whole organisation.
